About Us

Welcome to Platoon 22.

We’re a nonprofit, veteran-focused service organization committed to ending veteran suicide through the fostering of meaningful connections and comprehensive support.

We understand the unique challenges faced by veterans and military-connected individuals, and we’re here to ensure they never face those challenges alone.

Our Mission

Combat veteran suicide by creating a robust network of resources and support for those who have served, as well as for the families who served alongside them.

We believe that by connecting veterans with the right tools, resources, and community, we can make a profound difference in their lives and prevent the tragic loss of more of them.

Who We Are

Co-founded by Army veteran Danny Farrar and Jennifer Wiles, Platoon 22 has deep roots in the veteran community. This gives us unique insight into what it takes to support veterans. We’re driven by a deep sense of duty and a personal commitment to our brothers and sisters in arms.

Our team is made up of military veterans, military spouses, and military-connected individuals–bringing together an array of perspectives to offer the most holistic veteran services available to anyone who needs them.

Our advocates are passionate about making a tangible impact on the lives of those who need it most. We leverage our collective experiences and expertise to create effective programs and partnerships that address the needs of the veteran community.
